1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms govern all sales of custom laser-engraved products, stock merchandise, and custom design services offered through this website. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the store owner and operators. "You," "your," or "Customer" refers to any individual or entity using this site or purchasing goods.
2. Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy
Because our items are custom-crafted, personalized, and permanently modified (e.g., laser-etched, engraved, or cut to order), all custom and personalized orders are strictly Final Sale.

No Returns or Exchanges: Custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced or completed, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects or damage incurred during transit.

Order Modifications: Requests to change text, images, addresses, or product specifications must be submitted within 1 hour of order placement. Once an item has entered layout, proofing, or engraving production, no modifications or cancellations can be made.
3. Customer Proofing & Verification Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all customization inputs prior to submitting your order.

Spelling and Data Accuracy: We engrave text exactly as submitted (including spelling, punctuation, capitalization, phone numbers, and special characters). We are not liable for errors present in customer-submitted text.

Image Quality: For uploaded images, photos, or logos, you are responsible for providing high-resolution, high-contrast files. Low-resolution or poorly lit photos may result in reduced etching detail. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results stemming from low-quality source files.

Digital Proof Approvals: If a visual digital proof is provided prior to production, your explicit approval (via email or platform confirmation) binds the layout. Production will match the approved proof exactly, and no post-production claims regarding layout arrangement will be accepted.
4. Intellectual Property & Artwork Authorization
By submitting trademarks, logos, copyrighted designs, or copyrighted photos for engraving:

Authorization Representation: You explicitly warrant and represent that you hold full legal rights, ownership, or authorized licensing to reproduce the graphics, logos, brand names, or text submitted.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its owners, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, liabilities, legal fees, or damages arising from copyright or trademark infringement claims brought by third parties regarding artwork provided by you.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline any order containing content deemed unlawful, infringing, hateful, defamatory, or obscene at our sole discretion.
5. Material & Natural Variations
Laser engraving involves physical interaction with various raw materials (metal, wood, leather, acrylic, coated glass, anodized aluminum).

Natural Differences: Wood grain, natural leather markings, and minor surface finish variations are inherent to raw materials. Minor shifts in tone, burn depth, or grain structure are normal and non-defective.

Coating Tolerances: Minor color variations in anodized or powder-coated surfaces may occur across different manufacturing batches.
6. Pricing, Payment & Order Refusal

Pricing Errors: All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event a product or custom option is listed at an incorrect price due to technical or clerical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Payment Authorization: Full payment must be processed and cleared before production begins.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Lost Packages

Address Accuracy: Orders ship strictly to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses supplied by the customer.

Transit Delays: Shipping carrier timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier-delayed deliveries caused by weather, customs holds, or holiday volumes.

Damage in Transit: If an item arrives physically damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging to initiate a carrier claim or replacement review.
8. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Once an item has been delivered, we hold zero responsibility or liability for how the product is subsequently used, worn, modified, attached, or displayed by the customer or any third party.

No Endorsements or Representations: The engraving of customer-submitted text, logos, or graphics does not constitute an endorsement, agreement, or authorization by our company regarding the statement or content being displayed.

Assumption of Risk: The customer assumes all operational, legal, and safety risks associated with the application, attachment, or wear of our products (including, but not limited to, collar attachment integrity, equipment mounting, tactical use, or adherence to local display laws).

Liability Cap: Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for property damage, personal injury, regulatory fines, or third-party disputes resulting from the use, misuse, or display of items after delivery.
